The Plant - Seabuckthorn (Hippophae Rhamnoides)
The plant has 5 Species. They are:
- Hippophae Rhamnoides L. (Common Seabuckthorn)
- Hippophae Salicifolia (Willowed-leave Seabcukthorn)
- Hippophae Tibetana
- Hippophae Neurocarpa
- Hippophae gyantsensis
The most superior Seabuckthorn is Hippophae Rhamnoides L., also referred to as Common Chinese Seabuckthorn. It covers 80% of all Seabuckthorn population and can withstand extreme conditions (40% to -40%C). The plant produce orange berry-like fruit 6-9 millimeters in diameters.
